Dear Readers - Jan. 27, 2009

commitment With the change this country voted for coming to pass--and continuing to do so--those New Year's Resolutions take on greater meaning. At the core, is commitment. To change anything that has momentum in your life (e.g., weight gain, persistent poverty, poor relationships), it takes consistency to make that decision of change everyday, not just once a year. The energy for that consistency comes from commitment. And, commitment can only come from vision. So, holding that vision with consistency brings about change.

When it comes to health, especially when you're trying to change a physical condition, Trey Looney from Transformation Enzymes made a good point in his recent email: "Remember, it takes at least 21 days just to initiate a change in your biochemistry, much less actually improve it. Then 90 days sees real change. Believe me when I say I have seen fantastic results when someone commits to a three-month program."

In these days of instant gratification, people new to nutrition supplements sometimes do not understand Trey's point. Supplements are not aspirin. They are a way of changing your basic biochemistry so that the pain and discomfort stops, the energy and vitality returns, and/or depression dissipates. It's a process that takes patience. Patience is commitment and consistency.

We've been promoting the Body Type system Dr. Fuller-Looney has championed for years. This system works, but it takes the consistency of a 3-month program to start to make some long-term changes in your biochemistry.

If you have started on the enzyme regimen for your body type, but did not stick to it for three months, try it again. It's so worth it! If you're looking to change your physical experience for the better, you can take the Body Type Survey on our website, and it will tell you the enzyme supplements you need. Then, commit to 90 days. I know you'll love it!

We've added two more Transformation Enzyme formulas to our catalog (see blog), and we are now offering Clean Sweep, an energy spray that clears negativity. It's remarkably effective, and is a great way to help keep your commitment and consistency!

Until next time...

Survive Menopause and Feel Great Again
Achieving Wellness & Anti-Aging through Preventive Medicine and Enzyme Therapy: Insights on the Role of Nutrition during Menopause from a Health Care Professional

Houston, TX, January 23, 2009 – Transformation is proud to announce the release of a new book, The M Club: Survive Menopause and Feel Great Again with the Healing Power of Enzymes. A scientific yet also a personal account of the ways lifestyle choices and enzyme nutrition can positively contribute to women's health, this timely material was co-written by Wendy Everett Cooke and DicQie Fuller-Looney, Ph.D., D.Sc.

Easy to read and very entertaining, The M Club is an effective tool in a healthcare professional's practice and needs to be in the hands of every patient-—hot flashes or not! In this scientific
"page-turner" you’ll find Dr. DicQie's inspiring story about how she saved her daughter's life with enzymes and cured herself of breast cancer.

This comprehensive new book also contains a clear explanation of exactly what enzymes are and how they work, full color illustration of the digestive system and its enzymes, a helpful guide to Transformation’s most popular products, testimonials about how enzymes have helped relieve everything from a fish bite to Crohn's
disease, body typing diagrams and questionnaire, and a dynamic chapter dedicated to how positive thinking and stress reduction can make you healthier and allow you to live longer.

Dr. DicQie Fuller-Looney holds a Ph.D. in Nutrition and Health Sciences and is the Founder and President of Transformation Enzyme Corporation. As a widely published author and the company's leading spokesperson, Dr. Fuller-Looney is continually sought after for health seminars, conventions, and committee meetings. She has appeared on ABC, PBS, and several national radio talk shows.

Wendy Everett Cooke is the author of Active Bulletin Boards for Teachers, The Great Gift Book for crafters, Turn Your Fear and Anger into Money for new age thinkers, and is currently putting the finishing touches on New York Confessions, a series of entertaining stories about her single life in Manhattan. Wendy has served as spokesperson on nationwide TV for The Smithsonian and Discover Card and has designed many best selling products for Simplicity, McCall’s, and Vogue-Butterick pattern companies.

Through personal details and clinical observations, The M Club builds on Nobel Prize Recipient Dr. James B. Summer's premise that enzyme supplementation is a vital component of antiaging medicine. This information will have special appeal to health care professionals who want to understand the importance of nutrition and its role in transforming patient health, who are seeking to incorporate or expand nutrition therapy in their practice, and who are committed to making a difference and have a passion to heal rather than simply chase symptoms.

Dear Readers - Jan. 7, 2009

January Finally, 2008 is OVER. Yay! I'm always up for a fresh start, and the beginning of a new year is the best time. The sun has begun its inspiring course toward longer days, the holiday debris has been swept up (mostly), we're enjoying our holiday gifts from loved ones, and now it's time to get back to business!

Here in Western Oregon and the Portland Area, we saw over 15 inches of snow over the holidays--the most in 40 years! Needless to say, we're not used to it! So, now that it's melted off, we can get out and dust off that cabin fever, and can actually walk outside again without slipping--and take the car out of 4-wheel drive.

Our local feng shui expert, Gwynne Warner, has some great ideas for "getting on with" 2009, and making it the best year ever in her article (see link below). So we've been cleaning, re-arranging and de-decorating! Make it shine for 2009! I especially like her suggestion, "INCREASE THE LIGHT in your environment. Dust all of your light bulbs and replace with higher wattage and new lamp-shades, if necessary. Wash your mirrors. Clean your windows. Welcome the energy of 2009 with open arms, great joy, beauty and festivity as you would a beloved friend and honored guest." Thank you, Gwynne!

Of course, it's back to yoga again for us. I found a great resource for yoga classes and trainings in the Portland Area I've been inspired to share: Yoga Calm for Children. Check it out. It's great!

Until next time...

E-3 success for back strain

Our friend Dana in Pennsylvania joined our Facebook Group, and had this to say about his first experience with the E-3 Energy Cream this week:
"Amazing stuff, this E3! Strained my lower back and was having trouble sleeping because of the 'burn' in my muscles. Pain gone within minutes and felt much better in the morning than I would have expected. I had to control myself from buying too much E3 at a time. My pain free body felt greedy and I wanted to buy a liter or so. I've used arnica in the past, but the E3 seems different and more versatile. I put it on the soles of my feet, as I imagine that it would be absorbed into the various areas mapped out in foot reflexology."
Thanks, Dana, and that sole of the foot idea is one of the best ways to use E-3. Also, applying it to the breastbone has long-term benefits for immunity and core energy.
